EXCHANGES

We want you to fall in love with your Cosmic Muse pieces, so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges only apply for items of the same or lesser value. We are not able to offer exchanges for items of higher value; in this circumstance you will be issued with a store credit.

If you need an exchange, please send us an email at info@cosmicmuse.com.au with the subject line 'EXCHANGE #OrderNumber'.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and lodged within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Cosmic Muse does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.

Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

STORE CREDIT

Store credits work the same as a gift card! You will receive your credit note to the email used to complete the original purchase. Your unique credit note number can be used online or in store. Store credits have an expiry of 1 year.
