We want you to fall in love with your Cosmic Muse pieces, so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

Item(s)* may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition (with original packaging), and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return.

Cosmic Muse does not cover the cost of return postage for exchanges or credit. If the error has occurred by the fault of Cosmic Muse or you have received a faulty item(s), you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Cosmic Muse does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. Under consumer law, ‘Cosmic Muse’ reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

If your item is faulty or does not match your order please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@cosmicmuse.com.au with the subject line 'RETURN #OrderNumber'. Please include a photo of the item(s) and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 Any order placed with a third-party payment company will not be affected by exchanges or credits. If an order is required to be refunded due to fault, the amount refunded will be processed using your original payment method (using the linked bank account/debit card associated with the third-party provider).

*Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased on sale, promotional items, and free gifts are not eligible to be returned.
