Cleaning and storing your jewellery correctly will minimise signs of wear.

 

GOLD PLATED

Handle with Care: Be gentle when polishing your gold-plated jewellery to avoid scratching or damaging the plating.

Remove your jewellery before exercising, or doing dishes/cleaning to prevent the gold layer from wearing off. Dry your jewellery thoroughly if it gets wet.

Store each piece of jewellery separate to prevent them from scratching each other.

CLEANING

  • Clean your pieces regularly to maintain their shine. All orders come with a chemical free, polishing cloth to refresh their shine.
  • It is essential that you clean your jewellery and avoid chemicals.
  • Wearing your sterling silver jewellery regularly can help prevent tarnish. The oils on your skin can help keep the silver looking shiny.

  • Please avoid exposure to natural elements such as sun, salt water, as well as chemical irritants like chlorine, cosmetics, and lotions.
  • Avoid applying perfume or other cosmetic products while wearing your pieces as this can cause discolouration.
  • Never use bleach, toothpaste or other abrasives to clean your pieces.

STORAGE

  • Keep your pieces in a moisture free location, away from direct sunlight.
  • Be mindful of leaving your pieces in the bathroom, car or anywhere they can be exposed to excessive heat, moisture or sunlight.
